Ancient Nutrition offers a variety of ways to take collagen so you can customize it to your lifestyle. I usually take the collagen in pill form when I am in a rush. I use the powdered form in my green juice or coffee. However, I thought it would be fun to add these into the little power bites I make for my husband as a quick bite of energy when we have busy days. I changed the name to Beauty Bites! These are packed with nutrients, collagen, good fats, and tons of flavor! I like to make up a batch at the beginning of the week and store them in the fridge. Mushroom Tacos

We eat a lot of tacos in our house. I mean, a lot. I like to change it up based on what I need to use up in the fridge. We have been eating more plant-based in our house, at least for a few nights out of the week. Mushrooms are a perfect way to fill the void of meat because they are savory, earthy, and meaty in texture. I love anything with mushrooms and I am always looking for recipes that give me an excuse to eat them. My husband ate these and was blown away at how good they were! Mushroom tacos are vegetarian-friendly, and great for an easy weeknight dinner, especially on taco Tuesday!
