Now, I may not have been born in the South, but when I was introduced to sweet tea, I wish I would have been. I learned about sweet tea when my sister was touring Florida State, and I was in high school in Michigan. Time seems to fly during busy weekdays. Who am I kidding? I am a parent; I’m busy on the weekends too. It always seems to feel like I can’t fit in “downtime.” I can’t say I have a typical job, because I work from home, and then run around town going to class, going on auditions, shooting segments, shopping for crafts, and running the everyday errands.

Granola is one of my favorite staples to have around, because it is a good on-the-go snack that is healthy, and gives you lots of energy. I also love to have it around for a quick breakfast idea. I’m pretty sure I haven’t bought granola from the store for at least 7 years or so now.
