Salmon and Cucumber Bagels
I have to admit that I am actually not a huge lover of bagels. Don't hate me! When I do have them though, I want them loaded up.
Salmon and cream cheese are a classic flavor pairing on bagels, and I like to jazz it up with crunchy cucumber, briny capers, herbaceous dill, and bright lemon juice. I know it sounds like a lot, but it all works I promise. Don't skimp on the capers! They add a nice salty bite. These easy bagels are perfect for breakfast, but could also be for any time of day!
I mean...how many pictures of bagels can someone take?? When the lighting is good I can't help myself.
Here's a tip: Set the cream cheese out for at least 10 minutes so that it's softer when spreading it onto the bagel.
