Maria on Good Morning America
One of my favorite life experiences was going on Good Morning America last year when my cookbook came out. I was deeply honored to be able to continue to do virtual segments with GMA throughout the year, but there is nothing like being there in person. So, when they asked me to come back in person to do a recipe for National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day, of course, I jumped at the opportunity. I made my Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies which are always a hit!
As you can imagine, the entire process is surreal. I grew up watching GMA and always dreamed on being on the show. After years and years of working on a morning show regularly for the Hallmark Channel, and contributing to morning shows here in LA, I felt extremely ready to step up to the plate. It really was a dream come true, even the second time! Stepping into the building where so much history as been made on a show that has stood the test of time felt magical.
I am so grateful for the experience and pray that I will get to return again soon!
