Glittered Heart Mason Jar Vases
Mason jars make crafting easy! They are already so cute and rustic that you can't really go wrong. I made some pretty glittered wine bottles for New Years Eve and thought that it would be fun to do something like that for Valentine's Day. I love using glitter because it makes everything more elegant and fancy. I like the idea of using mason jars as vases because if you make one it looks like a sweet dainty arrangement or make a few of them and decorate a table setting. The secret to making sure the glitter doesn't get everywhere once it's glued onto the vase is to do an extra layer of mod podge over the glitter once it has dried completely. These make great Valentines!! I think any teacher, grandparent, girlfriend, sister, mother... anyone... would love receiving one of these glittered heart mason jar vases. Then, when the flowers have wilted they could use the mason jar for a number of different things. See how resourceful we can be?!? These are an easy and fun craft that anyone can do.
