DIY Halloween Charms with Liquid Sculpey

Alright crafters! You know how much I love clay, and well, clay just got a new look. Liquid Sculpey is clay, but in the liquid form! The craft options are endless. Liquid polymer clay is a versatile product that can be used in oven-safe molds, to embellish clay, window clings and so much more. So simple to use! Plus, it’s perfect for beginners!

Since the liquid clay works so well in silicone molds, I thought it would be great to create adorable Halloween charms that could be used on a variety of things. It’s able to settle in the little nooks and crannies of the detailed designs, which is why it’s so perfect for this DIY!

Instructions:

Place the molds onto the lined baking sheet.

Remove the cap of the liquid clay and use a toothpick to stir the liquid, then place the cap back on.

Twist cap of the Sculpey Liquid Clay for precise flow control – open completely to fill mold. Open half way for other detail work if needed.

Fill the molds with the liquid clay. It should level on it’s own.

To avoid air bubbles, tap the mold on the table and pop any air bubbles using a toothpick.

Bake according to package instructions.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

Attach the little charms to just about anything you like using either a glue gun or industrial strength glue.

For the last touch, I added the bats onto a mug, the skulls onto bottles, and the ghosts onto candles using the industrial strength glue. The charms will be strong and flexible after baking, so they are super easy to use.
