Grilling S'mores

Just to piggyback on my s'more shortbread cookies from yesterday I wanted to share another opportunity to eat s'mores... by using the grill. When I was visiting my parents in Michigan my mom had this really fun gadget that you can buy at Bed Bath and Beyond. You place the cookies on the tray and top with chocolate and marshmallows (homemade if you have the time!). Then close the lid and let things melt! The marshmallow takes longer to melt than the chocolate so you might want to do that first and add in the side with the chocolate a minute or so later.
